Our 38th Theatre at Sea Cruise

Baltic Bliss - August 2009

On Board the Crystal Symphony

Marvelous News!

We are so proud to be able to announce that the magnificent English stage, film, and television star Patricia Routledge has agreed to come with us and perform on our glorious Theatre Guild 90th Birthday Cruise to the Baltic.

As we all know, Patricia Routledge has distinguished herself in a long career. Her very first award for Best Actress of the Season in New York was in a Theatre Guild production: "Darling of the Day", which was based on Arnold Bennett's "The Great Adventure." Ms. Routledge went on to conquer film and television worlds, most especially with her unforgettable performance as Mrs. Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances, which is still running in syndication around the world.

We are deeply honored that Patricia Routledge will be joining our other great stars Betsy Craig, Patricia Neal, Susan Powell, Lee Roy Reams, Richard White, and Susannah York on our 2nd Baltic Cruise August 12-23 on the 6-star Crystal Symphony cruise ship, which has won Best Cruise Line Award for 15 years from Travel & Leisure magazine.

We urge you to join us on this chance of a lifetime to visit and party with all of our stars every one of the 8 nights they will be performing on board.

Come join in the festivities of our 38th Theatre at Sea celebration! Our Beautiful Baltic Adventure will begin in Stockholm, the resplendent jewel of the Swedish coast. From there, we will journey along the Baltic, touring some of the most beautiful ports in the world, and ending in the grand white cliffs of Dover. This is our second Baltic cruise in twenty years, and we are thrilled to be returning to its extraordinary cities, and the culture that has developed from its rich history.

Stockholm Rome Monte Carlo

Here is our trip itinerary: We start in Stockholm, where we board the luxurious Crystal Cruises Crystal Symphony. With its 940-passenger capacity, 202 square feet staterooms, and one of the highest space-to-guest ratios at sea, the Crystal Serenity is a 6-star deluxe cruise ship!

We will spend that evening and the next day enjoying the beautiful sights and scenes of Stockholm, then we will start our journey down the Baltic coast. We will stop at beautiful St. Petersburg, the "City of Palaces" and the home of St. Isaac's Cathedral , before going on to the "Daughter of the Baltic," Helsinki.
