Believe it or not, Lucie Arnaz has been performing for over 40 years, beginning her career in a recurring role on THE LUCY SHOW opposite her mother, Lucille Ball. At age fifteen she became a series regular HERE'S LUCY , and later starred in her own series, THE LUCIE ARNAZ SHOW. Since then, Lucie has appeared on film in THE JAZZ SINGER, for which she received a Golden Globe nomination, SECOND THOUGHTS, DOWN TO YOU, WILD SEVEN, and THE PACK. On Broadway, she has appeared in shows including THEY'RE PLAYING OUR SONG, for which she received the Los Angeles Drama Critic's Circle, Theatre World, and Outer Critic's Circle Awards, LOST IN YONDERES, and DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS.
Ed Asner is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Lou Grant, the role he originated on the "Mary Tyler Moore Show" and continued in the newspaper-set drama "Lou Grant", which earned him five Emmy's and three Golden Globe Awards. One of the most honored actors in television history, Ed Asner has been the recipient of seven Emmy Awards and 16 nominations, as well as five Golden Globe Awards and has served as the National President of the Screen Actors Guild for two terms. He was inducted into the TV Academy Hall of Fame in 1996. Mr. Asner's dozens of motion pictures include THEY CALL ME MISTER TIBBS!, FORT APACHE, THE BRONX, JFK, THE BACHELOR, MISSING BRENDAN, and ELF.
One of America’s best loved actresses, Shirley Jones has starred in many films, including the musical films of OKLAHOMA! and CAROUSEL. She also starred in the films APRIL LOVE and THE MUSIC MAN, and won an Oscar for her role in ELMER GANTRY . She is known across the world for her portrayal of Shirley Partridge in “THE PARTRIDGE FAMILY.” Shirley also has an impressive stage résumé, including the musical MAGGIE FLYNN on Broadway and a stellar turn in a rare revival of Noel Coward's operetta BITTER SWEET at the Long Beach Civic Light Opera in 1983. In July 2006, Jones received an Emmy nomination for her supporting performance in the TV film "HIDDEN PLACES". Shirley was nominated for a SAG award for the same film.
Widely regarded as one of the premier singers and dancers on Broadway, Donna McKechnie has performed extensively in concert halls, cabarets, and with symphony orchestras. A Tony Award Winner for her starring role in A CHORUS LINE, Donna has also received a MAC Award Nomination for Best Female Singer and the Backstage Bistro Award for Outstanding Major Engagement for her cabaret show, MY MUSICAL COMEDY LIFE, a Helen Hayes nomination for her role in SWEET CHARITY, and an Ovation Award Best Featured Actress nomination for MACK AND MABEL. Ms. McKechnie’s other credits include HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING, ON THE TOWN, and GYPSY.
The Academy Award-winning Rita Moreno is one of the few actresses in history to have won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony award. Winner of the Oscar for her role as Anita in the film adaptation of WEST SIDE STORY, Ms. Moreno has appeared in such films as SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, THE KING AND I, and CARNAL KNOWLEDGE. In the 70’s and 80’s she appeared in the popular THE MUPPET SHOW. She has made appearances on series such as THE ROCKFORD FILES, THE LOVE BOAT, THE COSBY SHOW, THE GOLDEN GIRLS, and MIAMI VICE. She received the Special Recognition Award from the International Latin Music Hall of Fame, a Presidential Medal of Freedom from President George W. Bush, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Patricia Neal, who won an Academy Award for her role in the film HUD, is celebrated for a wide-range of starring motion picture roles. She has also appeared on Broadway and earned a Tony Award for her performance in ANOTHER PART OF THE FOREST. Other Broadway credits include THE CHILDREN'S HOUR, THE MIRACLE WORKER, and JOHN LOVES MARY. Some of her film roles were in THE FOUNTAINHEAD; HUD, for which she won an Academy Award for Best Actress; and THE SUBJECT WAS ROSES, for which she was once again nominated for an Oscar. Her most recent film appearance was in the hit film COOKIES FORTUNE with Charles Dutton and Glenn Close. Ms. Neal is also known nationally for her inspirational lectures.
Lee Roy Reams recently won critical acclaim playing Roger DeBris on Broadway in THE PRODUCERS. He also starred in the First National Tour of the musical (Carbonell AwardÒ,) in the Washington D.C. Production (Helen Hayes AwardÒ), and the Las Vegas Production. The New York Times hails him as “Broadway’s song and dance man nonpareil” because of his leading roles in David Merrick’s legendary 42nd STREET (Tony and Drama Desk nominations), Lumiere in Disney’s BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, Albin/Zaza in LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, Cornelius Hackl in HELLO DOLLY! and Henry Spofford in LORELEI (both starring Carol Channing), Duane Fox in APPLAUSE, starring Lauren Bacall, Will Parker in Richard Rodgers’ revival of OKLAHOMA!, SWEET CHARITY starring Gwen Verdon, and AN EVENING WITH JERRY HERMAN.
Gena Rowlands' recently starred in BROKEN PROMISES, written and directed by her daughter, Zoe Cassavetes. The film was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival. She has also recently been seen in the blockbusters PARIS JE T'AIME, THE SKELETON KEY and THE NOTEBOOK. Her other film credits include THE HIGH COST OF LIVING, LONELY ARE THE BRAVE, A WOMAN UNDER THE INFLUENCE, for which she received an Academy Award nomination, and which was directed by her late husband, John Cassavetes; Woody Allen's ANOTHER WOMAN, ONCE AROUND with Richard Dreyfus, and HOPE FLOATS with Sandra Bullock.
